Ready to take your cosplay photos to the next level? We can give you the foundation you need to elevate your cosplay photos (and photography) from boring to exciting. Join us and learn the basics of cosplay photography, setting the scene and posing the house down!

Come and participate in the time honored activity of hitting your friends (and total strangers) with padded objects! Impliments provided or bring your own for a safety check

Knitting, Stiching, Crocheting, and more! Bring your crafts and your morning coffee and work alongside your fellow attendees!

Over the years there has been a lot of disabled superheroes, villains, sidekicks, etc. This is an opportunity to discuss their contribution to your fandom. We will be discussing the positive and negative representation of those characters as well as how they have impacted the disabled community as a whole.

Ever watched an animation and thought “I wish I could eat that?” We are taking foods from all faucets of geek culture and pinning them to the death…Or at least the dinner table! Come join and vote for that food from that one anime, Disney movie, video game, etc and we will see which dish wins them all!

Carcassonne weekend is here. Take a seat and play a round of carcassonne with some old friends or make some new ones. At the end of your game you can have your score recorded to live on in glory.

Topics will include how cosplay can benefit queer folks from a psychological standpoint, challenges & celebrations, how to deal with the challenging aspects, how to support fellow queer & diverse cosplayers in the community, and stories from other queer cosplayers.

Gamers and geeks of all kinds are huge snackers, due to the nature of our hobbies, but often those snacks are either boring carrot sticks or low-energy potato chips. Our community deserves more. The stereotype of gamers always being unhealthy and living off Mountain Dew simply isn’t true. LARPers appreciate the energy that a nutritious meal supplies them, pro-gamers recognize that staying hydrated improves their performance and alertness and woman are moving past societies push for “starving myself is healthy” and opting for strength.

Brindlewood Bay is a fiction-focused game about a group of elderly women — members of the local Murder Mavens mystery book club — who frequently find themselves investigating (and solving!) real-life murder mysteries. It’s inspired by Murder She Wrote, the Lovecraft mythos, and ‘cozy’ crime dramas. It uses a Powered by the Apocalypse system that allows the Mavens to find clues, create cozy moments, and theorize a solution to the mystery. The dice tell the story — no one, not even the GM, knows the solution until the dice say so. Content warnings for this case: death, a corpse, blood, a gun, cosmic horror. All materials will be provided by the GM.

You and your party have been trapped inside a puzzle cube and must solve the puzzles to make your way back out! Pre-gen characters available, or bring your own lvl 10 character.

Skye Hoshi: Anime Girl is a live action fantasy movie about anime character Skye Hoshi who mysteriously becomes real and falls out of her poster. It’s up to slacker comic store employee “Atom” to help her get back home before her anime is destroyed.This film was written & directed by Kalani Hubbard who’s critically acclaimed feature debut “Plunder Quest” won him Best Director. He is also the cinematographer, and plays the role of “Justin” the drummer in the film. Kalani pulls his inspiration from The Goonies and Back To The Future. The film is created by the “mom & pop” independent film studio “Pure Magic Pictures” which is owned and operated by married couple Kalani & Stefanie Hubbard in Brooklyn, NY.
