If you are a raving Cardinals fan and want to support your favorite team then this playbook has solid options for you like Gun Cluster.

However, the best offensive formation in Cardinals reeks in comparison to other formations.

Due to the inability to block pressure off the TE side in their best formation, Cardinals playbook earns the worst spot in the Madden 24 Playbooks list.

31. New York Giants Playbook

Chicago Bears Playbook easily could of been the worst playbook on the Madden 24 playbooks list.

It’s offense playbook is the opposite of the best playbook. No great stock routes that attack the 1st space or 3rd space on the field.

1. Best Offense Formation: Gun Split Close
2. Best Defense Formation: Dollar 3-2

8 years ago when I was coming up on the competitive scene, I pioneered the Split Close scheme with several original concepts.

So I can confidently tell you that Split Close was good years ago but leaves a lot to be desired today.

And for that I rank 49ers playbook as one of the worst playbooks since Split close is 49ers best offense.

I’m sure you are wondering why I haven’t brought up the best defensive schemes in the equation more.

Unfortunately there are only so many “sugar concepts” (a concept I invented in Madden 21 that ignited many new defensive metas).

Overall though, mid blitz is always one of the best defenses in Madden.

Plus packers playbook has the best gun tight offset but it’s forms are limited beyond that.

27. Cincinnati Bengals Playbook

1. Best Offense Formation: Shotgun Bunch Offset
2. Best Defense Formation: Nickel Double Mg
3. Best Offense Play: Verts HB Under
4. Best Defense Play: Mid Blitz 0
5. Best Blitz: Mid Blitz 0
6. Best Pass Play: Verts HB Under
7. Best Run Play: SB Wing Flex Close – HB Stretch

Bengals has a top 3 offensive formation BUT there are 21 Gun Bunches in Madden 24.

Unfortunately, Bengals has very few stock routes that attack the 1st and 3rd spaces on the field.

26. Denver Broncos Playbook

1. Best Offensive Scheme: Shotgun Doubles HB Wk
2. Best Defense Scheme: Nickel 3-3 Cub
3. Best Offense Play: Shake HB Corner – Doubles HB Wk
4. Best Defense Play: Mike Blitz 0
5. Best Blitz: Mike Blitz 0 in Nickel 3-3 Cub
6. Best Pass Play: Shake HB Corner – Shotgun Doubles HB Wk

Broncos playbook has an underrated offensive formation in “Shotgun Doubles HB Wk.”

However, it’s stock routes lack the red hot glamor of the best offensive plays.

I ranked Titans Playbook right next to Broncos Playbook because their glaring issues align.

Bunch is the best formation but the bunch in Titans isn’t good.

However I ranked Jaguars slighter high than the Madden 24 playbooks above because it’s “B” route attacks the 4th space of the field.

It’s very rare to find stock routes that attack the 4th and 6th spaces on the field.

23. Minnesota Vikings Playbook

3. Best Offense Play: Shotgun Tight Flex – Cross

Tight flex was one of the best offensive formations back in Madden 17 due to the infamous “Y Route”…

Also known as the 50 yard crosser that no zone guarded.

In Madden 24 though, tight flex is a solid option but not one of the best schemes.

22. Dallas Cowboys Playbook (Cowboys Offense And Cowboys Defense)

1. Best Offense Formation: Gun Trips TE
2. Best Defense Formation: Nickel 2-4 Dbl Mug
3. Best Offense Play: Verticals
4. Best Defense Play: Mid Blitz 0

Cowboys playbook is very similar to Giants playbook (ranked #31).

However, the biggest difference is Cowboys has PA slot corner, one of the best money plays because it attacks the 1st space of the field.

21. Kansas City Chiefs Playbook (Chiefs Offense And Chiefs Defense)

1. Best Offense Formation: Shotgun Bunch TE
2. Best Defense Formation: Nickel Over
3. Best Offense Play: Shotgun Bunch TE – PA Boot Over
4. Best Defense Play: Over Storm Brave
5. Best Blitz: Over Storm Brave
6. Best Pass Play: Shotgun Bunch TE – PA Boot Over
7. Best Run Play: Gun Trips TE – Inside Zone

Finally we arrive at Bunch TE. Bunch TE just missed my list for top 3 best formations.

However it’s not far behind the Big 3 especially when you have an ultra lethal play like PA Boot Over.

20. Las Vegas Raiders Playbook (Raiders Offense And Raiders Defense)

3. Best Offense Play: Gun Tight Offset – Spot

Gun tight offset is one of the 5 best offenses in Madden 24.

And if you’re a Chargers fan who is more loyal to this playbook than a 13 year old to his phone (not sure why I’m attacking 13 year olds when I have 10 hour screen times) consider yourself lucky.

Chargers tight offset is one of the best formations in the game.

18. Miami Dolphins Playbook (Dolphins Offense And Dolphins Defense)

So more guys like him with the superhuman reads, playcalls, and adjustments.

But what was most alarming, none of those competitive players he mentioned do Youtube so I had no one credible to learn from.

Even worse, the few competitive players I later found were teaching the game the same damn way everyone on Youtube did.

The difference was the competitive players knew that the money plays was not their secret to success…

However the last thing they wanted to do was reveal their strategic fundamental secrets to the public.

They knew it was the fundamentals separating them from the rest of the world.

So releasing e-book money plays were the feasible option because they still got paid without releasing their secrets to success.

They were afraid of getting passed up.

Plus, the money plays change every month.

So if I were to have bought 4 e-books per year for the next 10 years to keep pace with the everchanging metas, it would of cost me $1000 to not even strategically learn the game.

Will they sometimes give you a quick boost in confidence for a couple games? Sure.

But to me, buying e-books to fix a problem with losing games would be like leaning on hardcore drugs to overcome the loss of a best friend.

You may get a short high but at what cost? Does it actually solve your problem or does it mask it?

I may have gotten a couple more wins with an e-book but what would’ve happened when I played another AthleticCedes?

I knew ebooks would completely impair my ability to think for myself so I wasn’t go to step foot down that treacherous path.
