Cut down on dishes and make cooking a breeze by preparing one of our favorite meaty one-pot meals for dinner; our recipe for Pressure Cooker Pot Roast, pictured here, is the perfect example. But that's not your only option. In fact, we're sharing a number of our favorite recipes that are full of satisfying protein and quick on cleanup in the slide ahead. In some cases, we call for multi-cookers—like the Instant Pot or a pressure cooker—to make these one-pot dishes, but the majority can be made in a basic cast-iron skillet or Dutch oven.
We have a couple of tasty stir-fry recipes, such as our rich Beef and Broccoli with Black-Bean Garlic Sauce and a sweet and spicy Pork-and-Pineapple Stir-Fry. And then there's that crowd favorite, the ultimate one-pot recipe: homemade chili. We have two all-beef recipes that are guaranteed winners each and every time you make it, whether that's on a cold winter night or as a game-day meal.
We also have a few Italian-American classics in this collection of meat-centric dishes. Chicken Scarpariello is prepared in a large, straight-sided skillet with two kinds of meat—sausage and bone-in chicken thighs—and the meal gets its spicy flavor from hot pickled cherry peppers. Then there's our Beef Braciole with Olives and Raisins, which is a labor of love and the perfect dish to prepare for a weekend dinner or special occasion.
From hearty chilis to scrumptious stir-fries, make mealtime easier by cooking these hearty, meaty one-pot recipes.
